Group History

1985

 

L.D. Waxson (S) Pte Ltd was incorporated to market and distribute Ginvera products in Singapore.


1988

Ginvera Marketing Enterprise was set up in Kuala Lumpur for marketing and  distribution in Malaysia.


1991

After 3 years, the sales turnover increased tremendously to over RM 20 million with a profit of over RM 3 million.


1992

An in-house agency, GME Advertising (M) Sdn. Bhd was set up.


1994

A factory in China was established to manufacture products for Singapore, Malaysia and China's markets.

Attractive Avenue Sdn. Bhd Manufacturing Plant was purchased in order to fulfill increased production requirements.


1995

 

 

Ginvera's products were marketed in the Quanzhou and Fuzhou provinces as well as in the major cities of Wuhan, Nanjing, Shanghai, Beijing and Shantou .


1996

 

L.D. Waxson took over the marketing business from Ginvera Marketing Pte Ltd.


1998

Assigned the license to manufacture Garfield toiletries for the kids' & children's toiletries range.


1999

 

Assigned rights to manufacture Warner Brothers toiletries for the kids' & children's toiletries range.


2000

 

Ginvera Marketing Enterprise was certified in ISO 9002:1994 compliant.


2001

 

L.D. Waxson (S) Pte Ltd was ISO 9002 certified


2002

 

New GMP Standard Manufacturing Plant in Kajang, Kuala Lumpur commenced operations in November.


2002

 

Bio-essence, which targets at the premium mass market, was launched in March in Singapore and Malaysia .

Another skincare brand, Ginvera Green Tea, which targets at the mass market was  launched in August in both Singapore and Malaysia.

Ginvera's products were distributed in Thailand.


2003

 

Natural Bath shower series was introduced into    the market in May.

Ginvera Marvel Gel was successfully launched in Japan .


2004

 

A well-known Singaporean artiste, Aileen Tan, was appointed as the endorser for Bio-essence and Malaysian artiste, Syarifah Shahirah was appointed for the Malaysian market.

Ginvera Green Tea Spa shower series and Natural Fresh Facial Foam series were introduced into the market in February.

Singaporean artiste, Belinda Lee, was appointed as the endorser for Ginvera Green Tea Spa range


2004

 

Attractive Avenue Sdn. Bhd achieved the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)status in September.


2005

 

Upcoming singer, Yu Heng, was appointed as the endorser for our popular line of Green Tea skin care products.

International artiste, Fann Wong, was appointed to be the spokesperson for our new range of Ginvera White Tea SPA shampoo launched in April.


2005

 

A new brand of body beauty and slimming products called Celebrities' Choice was introduced into the Singaporean market in June.

A new range of Men's beauty products, Nugeno was also successfully introduced into the Singaporean market in August. Popular local artiste Pierre Png was appointed as the  endorser for this range of products.
