Welcome to Ginvera.com. Ginvera.com and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Ginvera.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. When you use any Ginvera.com service/visit/or purchase from any business affiliated with Ginvera.com, whether or not included in the Ginvera.com web site, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.

All Products on this Site are subject to availability and Ginvera.com shall not be bound to accept any particular purchase order. Ginvera.com reserves the rights not to accept any purchase order for any reasons whatsoever.

Ginvera.com and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. All typographical errors or inaccuracies in the description or price of any of the Products shall be subject to correction (even after an order has been placed), and Ginvera.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any such errors or inaccuracies.

Payment

All prices listed in this Site are in Singapore Dollars, exclusive of goods and services tax ("GST") as well as any other applicable delivery fee that you might incur. Payment for the Products ordered shall be by way of debit of the relevant amount from your credit/charge card by Ginvera.com or by such other means which Ginvera.com may prescribe from time to time. 

In furnishing your credit/charge card number and other relevant information in payment of the Products ordered, you hereby authorize Ginvera.com to furnish such information to the relevant processing center for the purpose of completing the purchase. Ginvera.com will attempt to ensure careful handling of such information but it is hereby agreed that Ginvera.com shall not be liable to you for any losses whatsoever arising from or in connection with such information.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

Delivery

Within Singapore

1.    Orders within Singapore will be processed within 48 hours of receipt (excluding Saturday, Sunday, & national Public Holidays), and delivered within the next 3 to 6 working days after the 48 hours/2 days of processing (excluding Saturday, Sunday, & national Public Holidays), unless otherwise stated. Delivery will be on weekdays and during office hours only.

2.   For purchase value of S$100 and above, there will be no additional delivery fee. However, for purchase value of less than S$100, a fixed delivery fee of S$15 per trip shall be borne by you. Dates or periods for delivery notified to you or stated in this Site are given in good faith but Ginvera.com shall not be responsible for any delays in delivery.

3.   In the event that Ginvera.com is unable to deliver the products ordered for any reason whatsoever, Ginvera.com shall at it’s sole discretion and upon being requested by you within 3 working days of the initial attempt at delivery, procure another attempt at delivery of the products ordered and the customer shall be liable to pay for all reasonable additional expenses incurred by Ginvera.com. You shall not be entitled to cancel the order due to any delays in delivery.

Overseas Delivery

Ginvera.com Air Freight Rates and Information

Ginvera.com can airfreight to virtually any address in the world. We try to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt (excluding Saturday, Sunday, & national Public Holidays). For international delivery, there is a good likelihood that your package will be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your package sent. Please refer to Delivery Charges for the information on transit time and associated rates and for customs information refer to the information below.

Customs & Import Duties Information
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Ginvera.com, you are considered the importer and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. For instance, orders containing Facial Foam and Marvel Gel will be listed in a way similar to the following example:

• Facial Foam: $ value

• Marvel Gel: $ value

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the items is still stated on the customs form. Currently, we are not able to describe the contents in any other way. 

Security

As a registered member of Ginvera.com, you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your User-ID and password. You should not disclose your User-ID or password to any third party (other than persons authorized by you to use your account) and are solely responsible for any use of or action taken under your account on this Site. Ginvera.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by you or any third party due to the wrongful or fraudulent use of your account, personal or credit/charge card information whether by yourself or by any third party no matter how such loss or damage is caused. You shall immediately notify us at enquiries@ginvera.com with the caption (Re: E-commerce) of any unauthorized use of your account or of any other breach of security known to you.
